Ground Floor	Kitchen and spacious dining area with wood-burning stove.Games room with table-tennis table, small snooker table and a wide range of indoor and outdoor games and toys for children of all ages. Facilities include washing machine, tumble-drier, dishwasher, gas cooker with three gas rings and one electric plate, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave.Coffee maker and ironing facilities, hairdryer. There is a steep, wooden staircase with polished steps leading to :-
First Floor	Galleried lounge on mezzanine (young children require supervision) with comfortable sofa and armchairs, also music system with tape, radio and CD. Main bedroom with double bed (4�6�) and cot. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds (all four beds are 3�). Top bunk only suitable for 5-10 yr old. Bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
The house is well equipped for children. In addition to many toys, games and books a cot, highchair, steam sterilizer, booster seat, changing mat, stair gate and fireguard are provided. There are electric radiators in all rooms. Duvets, coverlets and pillows are provided. The house is suitable for one family with up to four children or two couples. It is unsuitable for two families or more than four adults.
