The houses are set in 1 acre of grounds with a stream and covered well.� Patio, BBQ and Garden furniture.� The surrounding area is safe for children to play in and there is play equipment for both houses to share.� The drive is a 200m tarmac lane leading to a minor road.� The garden is large.� Children will need supervision if they go beyond the boundaries of the grassed area. There are several other houses, the mairie and the church within 200m.
